These small groups are formed only when a project is identified requiring a particular expertise, is too large to be handled individually, and will reach a definite end. Members of these groups may be drawn from the Board or the NJPA Councils. However, the opportunity also exists for grassroots members who do not serve in this more formal capacity to apply to the NJPA Expert Advisory Panel.
